快速原型制造技术生产力促进中心(天津)简介   

    快速原型制造技术生产力促进中心(天津)是由国家科学技术部支持成立的国家级快速成形及快速制模技术服务中心，由天津大学主办。中心引进具有世界先进水平的多种快速成形(RP)和快速制模(RT)设备，主要面向制造业企业的新产品开发活动提供快速成形、快速制模、快速测量、快速铸造以及工业设计等技术服务。
    在天津市科委支持下，2000年又组建了天津市快速成形技术工程中心，使中心在建设规模和综合技术服务能力方面处于国内领先水平。
    快速成形技术是九十年代发展起来的一项高新技术，它无需准备任何模具、刀具和工装卡具，快速成形设备可直接接受产品设计（CAD）数据，快速制造出新产品的样件、模具或模型，对促进企业产品创新、缩短新产品开发周期、提高产品竞争力有积极的推动作用。
    中心已装备的激光快速成形设备有：SLA(光敏树脂固化)、SLS(激光选区粉末烧结)和大型LOM(激光切纸成形)。中心引进的真空注型和低压注型设备可用于快速制模，并快速复制小批量样件。我们可以根据您的需求和产品特点选择最佳的成形工艺，并以最快的速度和优惠的价位提供高质量的服务！

Brief Introduction

  Sponsored by Ministry of Sentience and Technology, "Tianjin Productivity Center of Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing" was founded in Tianjin University as a national service bureau of rapid prototyping and tooling（RP&T）. The center has equipped with many kinds of RP&T machine of world advanced level. Its main task is to deliver technical services of rapid prototyping, rapid tooling, rapid measuring, rapid casting and industrial design to manufacturing enterprises for the development of their new products.
Further sponsored by Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission, "Tianjin Technical Center of Rapid Prototyping Engineering" was set up. Now its construction scale and comprehensive service ability has developed to a national advanced level.
  RP is a high-tech emerging in the nineties.
